Job summary

A manufacturing company in Kedah is seeking an individual to prepare and define manufacturing instructions, monitor processes, and suggest improvements. Responsibilities

• To prepare working instruction, manufacturing instruction.
• To define process requirement per customer workmanship standards.
• To recommend and verify process instrument or jig/ fixture according to process requirement/ consumption.
• To define new process flow and process management plan.
• To define new product requirement/ set-up requirement for new product development.
• To generate documented work instruction for production compliance.
• To continuously monitor the process, yield and actively involved in continuous quality management.
• To trouble shooting process problems and propose improvement plans or corrective action.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 - 3 years of related working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and ability to communicate, read and write in Mandarin (to liaise with China counterpart).
