Responsibilities:

Ability to work closely and align with cross functional teams towards achieving departmental goals

Provide Process Engineering support to new product evaluation and qualification, manufacturing cost reduction and process improvement.

SPC knowledge and ability in setting up process monitoring system

Able to use problem solving tools to effectively resolve process issue and engage a permanent process flow to sustain

Monitors in-process performance, quality and reliability of processes, materials, products, tooling and equipment; identifies problem or unfavorable deviations, recommends and executes corrective actions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant field of Engineering or Applied Sciences with minimum 2-3 years of related working experience.

Knowledge in data collection, analyze the data and perform root cause analysis (DOE, FMEA, Control plan, Minitab and etc.)

Posses AOI (standard, Ai) skill/knowledge would be highly consider

Organization, planning and communication skills.

Possess leadership quality
