Job Description
  1. Report to the Senior Process Engineer.
  2. To improve, modify and simplify assembly processes for new and existing models.
  3. To carry out the process improvement activity.
  4. To involve in new model trial run activity for process related matters, e.g. assembly process, line layout, cycle time and line balancing.
  5. To prepare Standard Operating Procedure, Process Change Instruction, Flow charts, and other documents related to process engineering.
  6. To follow up and arrange for internal and external equipment calibration.
  7. To involved in PCB development & machine capability
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or related engineering degree required.
  2. At least 2 years experience in related field.
Required Skills
  1. Familiar with common manufacturing processes; SMT (Printer, Chip Mounter, Reflow Oven & AOI), Manual Assembly, wave soldering, functional testing, etc.
  2. Innovative, self-motivated and have a good analytical mind.
  3. Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, able to review & edit Gerber file.
  4. Ability to identify, break down, troubleshooting and solve technical problems.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills.
