A Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in testing engineering are required. The ideal candidate should also have strong analytical skills and be capable of basic Mandarin/Chinese communication for effective collaboration.

Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for functional testing of electronic products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Operate and utilize testing instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, DC/AC power supplies, spectrum analyzers, and audio analyzers effectively.
• Analyze product defects and prepare detailed Failure Analysis (FA) reports, including presentation summaries in PowerPoint format.
• Develop, modify, and maintain testing programs to support new product introduction and process improvements.
• Develop, update, and standardize Work Instructions (WI) for each testing station.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance First Pass Yield (FPY) and overall product reliability.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and support daily production testing activities.
• Support audit requirements, troubleshooting, and cross-functional improvement projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualification Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in testing engineering or a related field.
• Experience in power testing is highly preferred.
