Position Title: ENGINEER – PROCESS ENGINEERING

Are you a highly motivated and analytical Process Engineer looking to make a significant impact? Join our team in Bayan Lepas, Penang, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment!

What you'll be doing

• Designing, developing and implementing new manufacturing processes and systems to improve product quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Analysing production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation
• Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, operations and quality teams to resolve production issues
• Providing technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality standards
• Documenting and maintaining detailed records of all manufacturing processes and procedures
• Trouble shoot process related issues.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Process Engineering OR any Engineering related field
• 4-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the BACK - END PROCESS in semiconductor or electronics sector
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Able to lead a group of technicians.
