Job summary

A global leader in semiconductor solutions is seeking a candidate for managing a portfolio of Multichip Modules and Power devices. The role requires over 5 years of experience in Product Engineering and expertise in data tools for high volume manufacturing. This position emphasizes teamwork and effective communication within a dynamic environment in Malacca, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in Product Engineering background dealing with Power devices (IC, MCM etc.)
• Experience in data analysis in High Volume manufacturing.
• Ability to develop metrics to monitor process performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of Multichip Modules, IC, and Discrete Power & Digital Products.
• Monitor Continuous Backend Yield and support quality improvements.
• Develop Data Automation Roadmap for tools to improve efficiency.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing portfolio of Multichip Modules, IC and Discrete Power & Digital Products to support increasing volume in OSAT subcons.
• Responsible for Continuous Backend Yield Monitoring & improvement, Cost Reduction & Quality Improvement.
• Implement Statistical Part Average Testing, Dynamic PAT & Advanced Maverick Screening Methodologies on Turnkey as well as Non-Turnkey parts in OSAT.
• Develop Metrics to Monitor In-line Process & FT performance monitoring.
• Work to develop Data Automation Roadmap to enable tools to improve PE job Efficiency & Analytics capabilities.
• Work with Product Engineering Tools team to deliver new and efficient tools for Product Engineers (PE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Electrical engineering, Electronic, Microelectronics, Material Science
• More than 5 years' experience in Product Engineering background dealing with Power devices (IC, MCM etc.) and data analysis in High Volume manufacturing.
• Excellent teamwork with good interpersonal skills.
• Experience in data tools such as JMP, Spotfire, CEDA, Galaxy Examiner, KNIME.
