Open Position: Principal Consultant (MNC IT Organisation)

A MNC IT Organisation is currently hiring for Principal Consultant to define, quantify, and communicate business value for large-scale digital and enterprise transformation initiatives and based in the KL office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • More than 8 years in consulting, transformation, or value advisory roles with strong business, financial, and executive communication skills
  • Experience in current or previous roles such as IT Business Transformation, Management & Strategic Consulting and etc would be added advantage
  • Strong experience with enterprise platforms or large-scale technology programs with Information Technology industries
  • Able to lead executive value and strategy discussions with both internal and external stakeholders including C-Suites
  • Work closely with Sales and Solution Delivery teams to ensure alignment between promised and delivered value to customers
  • Translate complex initiatives into clear business outcomes
  • Support strategic deals and executive decision-making
