• Providing strategic leadership and vision to drive the school's academic and co‑curricular programmes

• Fostering strong relationships with parents, the community, and other stakeholders to enhance the school's reputation and support
• Implementing policies and procedures that comply with relevant educational regulations and legislation
• Overseeing the recruitment, development, and evaluation of teaching and support staff
