We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead our prestigious educational institution, TASKA DUNIA ELIT', located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. As our Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's operations, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and student welfare. What you'll be doing

Providing strategic leadership and vision to drive the school's academic and co-curricular programmes

Establishing and maintaining a positive school culture that promotes excellence, innovation, and inclusivity

Ensuring the effective management of the school's resources, including financial, human, and physical assets

Fostering strong relationships with parents, the community, and other stakeholders to enhance the school's reputation and support

Implementing policies and procedures that comply with relevant educational regulations and legislation

Overseeing the recruitment, development, and evaluation of teaching and support staff

Promoting the continuous professional development of teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge

Actively participating in educational forums and networks to stay informed of industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the education sector, preferably in a school setting

A strong educational background, with a postgraduate degree in Education or a related field
