Specific Responsibilities
Strategic Development
  • Engage with and work towards the whole school strategic focus areas for the year
  • Align personal and team goals with strategic priorities through the professional learning cycle
Teaching and Learning
  • Collaboratively plan lessons based on the year group KPIs, using responsive teaching methods
  • Personalise learning in the classroom for all students
  • Analyse and triangulate student data
  • Assess using both summative and formative methods and use data tracking to monitor progress of students and plan responsively on a weekly basis
  • Complete reports to parents
  • Be involved in leading at least 1 CCA each week
  • Take part in professional development programs and the professional review cycle
