Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our e-Commerce team with pricing analyst experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product pricing, stock updates, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment across our e-Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and is passionate about e-Commerce operations.

Job Description
  • Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies; support dynamic pricing initiatives to maximise profitability.
  • Perform competitor pricing analysis, market trends, and campaign performance to inform pricing decisions.
  • Upload, manage, and update product information, images, and prices across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support marketplace campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, Raya, etc.) by aligning product placement and pricing strategies with internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Marketing, Material Control, Sales) to ensure campaign readiness.
  • Provide pricing reports and insights into management for decision-making.
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, sales performance, and margin impact of pricing actions.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline such as Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in e-Commerce operations, pricing analysis, or inventory management.
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, or R for database management and pricing analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI or other visualization toolsb> for dashboard creation.
  • Exposure to automation projects in e-commerce pricing and product management is an advantage.
  • Experience working with E-Commerce ERP systems (e.g., Jemisys, SAP, Oracle, etc.), is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Macros, Power Query, advanced formulas).
  • Proven experience in competitive pricing strategy; knowledge of dynamic pricing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations, preferably in a fast-paced retail or marketplace environment.
  • Experience managing product uploads, information accuracy, and pricing on platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Shopify, SiteGiant, etc.).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
