Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering lesson plans that introduce basic concepts such as numbers, letters, shapes, and colors.
  • Facilitating social skills development, communication, cooperation, and problem-solving through group activities.
  • Managing classroom behavior, routines, and transitions to maintain a positive and stable learning environment.
  • Observing and supporting individual children’s needs, including identifying developmental delays and collaborating with parents and specialists.
  • Maintaining communication with parents about children’s progress and development.
  • Ensuring children's safety and well-being, including hygiene, first aid, and classroom cleanliness.
  • Documenting children's milestones and progress for assessment and reporting.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a kindergarten or early childhood leadership role preferred.
  • Passionate about working with children, with patience, care, and enthusiasm.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.
