Job summary

A leading Malaysian company is seeking a responsible and experienced driver based in Ipoh, Perak. The role involves transporting senior management to various locations safely and promptly while ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness. Candidates must have a valid driving licence, a clean driving record, and at least two years of related job experience. Familiarity with destinations in Kuala Lumpur and Ipoh, as well as proficiency in using GPS devices, is essential. The position may require long-distance travel and overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Must be responsible, vigilant, and possess a good working attitude.
• Able to travel long distances and stay overnight if required.

Responsibilities

• Transporting Senior Management safely and timely.
• Maintain and clean vehicle regularly.
• Assist with luggage loading and unloading.
• Report any accidents or damages promptly.
• Handle office administration tasks when not traveling.

Skills

Role and Responsibilities

• Transporting Senior Management to and from specified locations safely and in a timely manner
• Vehicle schedule maintenance and cleanliness
• Ensure vehicle is in optimal condition before travelling
• Able to drive various vehicles
• Assists with loading and unloading of passenger’s luggage or items
• Keep all receipts for toll, petrol, parking, car repair and maintenance and other travelling expenses
• Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the superior or management
• Assist in office administration jobs when not required to travel
• Any other jobs assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Valid driving licence

• Physically and mentally fit

• Knowledge or familiar with destinations in Kuala Lumpur and Ipoh
