Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Policy Administration experience.
  • Proficient in computer including MS Excel and Word.
  • Good knowledge of policy administration duties in the insurance field.

Overview

Responsible for providing policy documentation support for all lines of businesses, including data entry, administrative duties and ad-hoc support to the team.

Your New Role
  • Maintain product, system and process knowledge.
  • Attend relevant product and skill courses and passing on relevant points to other staff.
  • Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders in respect to processing queries.
  • Develop good working relationships with all internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Processing insurance policy quotations, new business, renewals.
  • Complete other administrative duties as required including handling mail, etc.
  • Maintain data in relevant computer systems and other databases.

  • 3+ years of Policy Administration experience.
