We are looking for a Project Coordinator that will be responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services. This role requires one who is strategic problem solve and in charge of accessing the changing needs of the business. If you hold a Project Coordinator background and enjoy analysing/providing solutions to software quality problems, we would like to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities
  • Gather requirement and understand business issues and data challenges of the organization and industry.
  • Review and edit requirements, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solution.
  • Ensures enhancements, change request and issue are identified, tracked and reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assists in enforcement of project datelines and schedules.
  • To facilitate meeting with stakeholders to gather requirements and explore potential solutions.
  • Lead testing efforts.
  • Involve in coordination with testers and various departments in their effort to test and validate the new application and function.
  • Research and analyze product features being tested.
  • Any other task that may reasonably assign by supervisor.
Key Qualifications
  • At least Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree of Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experiences in related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specializing in IT projects or equivalent.
  • Possess prior knowledge in enforcing project datelines and schedules, finding technological solutions to business needs.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, understand business processes and recommend solutions.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willing to go extra mile to get job done at high standard.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with acceptable Malay communication skills.
  • Candidates fluent (read & write) in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
