The ideal applicant should possess a Malaysian Skills Certificate and relevant experience in facilities management.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repair work according to Schedule / Unscheduled Maintenance, especially on assets or facility systems that require specific trade skills.
  • Perform preventive and routine maintenance activities and record all data in log sheets for entry into the Engineering Operation Data (EOD) module of the Asset and Services Information System (ASIS).
  • Request the order of goods in accordance with Service Work (SW) / Service Request (SR) requirements, and monitor the progress of work done by vendors.
  • Schedule and conduct housekeeping of the workshop; ensure maintenance equipment is in good condition and safe, in accordance with the Work Safety Act.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QHSE) standards, including Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Hazard Alerts, Recall procedures, and handling hazardous equipment, as per contract agreements. Support company programs related to HSSE and LEAN, such as toolbox sessions at a frequency set by management.
  • Support stakeholder management effectively—external (Contractor Performance Assessment and Customer Satisfaction Surveys) and internal (headquarters, vendors, etc.)—by providing excellent service to maintain good relationships and achieve high customer satisfaction levels as per Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company and the Ministry of Health.

Job Requirements:

  • Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (Malaysian Skills Certificate)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in facilities management or building maintenance, specifically in plumbing, carpentry, or masonry.
  • Good attitude and communication skills.
