Plating Sr Engineer (Local Japanese Speaker)

Job Purpose:To ensure all products meet stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications by leading the QA team, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Systems & Compliance

• Maintain ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 compliance.
• Document and update

Work Standards, SOPs, Manufacturing Specifications and other documents.2. Process and Product Quality:

• Oversee

In-Process inspections.

• Investigate root causes of defects using 5Whys, Fishbone, 8D and other methodologies.
• Implement Corrective Actions (CAPA) towards certain defects/issues.
• Work with other departments PIC to confirm on

Non-conformance range, root causes, CAPA in the event of quality issues.3. Team & Resource Management:

• Supervise a team of QA Foreman Leaders, technicians across shifts as well as engineers.

Ensure man power is enough to run operation.

• Schedule and validate calibration of measurement equipment.

Ensure all equipment are able to measure with high accuracy and reliable. Troubleshoot or deal with equipment vendors for any issues (trouble, calibration, etc).
