• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, OPEX or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of EHS processes and practices.
• Proven ability in developing and retaining high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations of a plant with approximately 1.5-2.0K employees.
• Coordinate and direct all functions of plant operations.
• Manage compliance to the ethics policy and promote ethical conduct.
