Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Penang is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the Maintenance & Electrical (M&E) team. The role involves ensuring effective maintenance of production facilities, managing the department's budget, and driving improvement projects to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, extensive experience in maintenance within manufacturing, and proven skills in project management and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical and managerial skills required.
• Experience with food processing equipment maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance & Electrical (M&E) team for plant maintenance and repair.
• Responsible for maintenance department yearly budget.
• Improve productivity through maintenance methodologies and TPM.
