• Develop and implement production plans to meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets
• Monitor production workflow and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Coordinate the timely procurement of raw materials and ensure optimal inventory levels
• Oversee the work of production teams, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Analyse production data and generate reports to track key performance indicators
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to align production activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and systems
