What you’ll be doing
- Convert sales forecasts and customer orders into production and material plans.
- Maintain production schedules to meet customer demand, monitoring progress and adjusting plans to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Monitor material availability and inventory levels to prevent shortages while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
- Prepare and update production planning and performance reports, tracking key metrics such as schedule adherence and material availability.
- Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of production and material plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, reduce material waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field of studies.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position and experience in FMCG or food industries is an added advantage.
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail oriented with good analytical skill.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office tools / application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Location: 1 Full‑Time position available, based in Batu Pahat, Johor.
