Job description

What you’ll be doing

• Convert sales forecasts and customer orders into production and material plans.
• Maintain production schedules to meet customer demand, monitoring progress and adjusting plans to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Monitor material availability and inventory levels to prevent shortages while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
• Prepare and update production planning and performance reports, tracking key metrics such as schedule adherence and material availability.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of production and material plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, reduce material waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field of studies.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position and experience in FMCG or food industries is an added advantage.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail oriented with good analytical skill.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office tools / application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Location: 1 Full‑Time position available, based in Batu Pahat, Johor.
