Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment & Treatment

• Conduct comprehensive scoliosis assessments, including posture analysis, range of motion, and muscle imbalances.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s scoliosis condition.
• Guide patients through corrective exercises, postural training, and breathing techniques to improve spinal alignment and function.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans according to patient response and goals.
• Educate patients and their families on scoliosis management, home exercises, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Motivate patients to comply with prescribed programs and ensure a positive rehabilitation experience.
• Address patient concerns and provide support throughout their treatment journey.

Clinical Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with chiropractors and the clinical team to ensure integrated care plans.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, progress notes, and documentation in line with clinical protocols.
• Participate in case discussions and clinical reviews to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist with patient flow, appointment coordination, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest scoliosis rehabilitation techniques and best practices.
• Contribute to improving clinic protocols and treatment programs where appropriate.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant physiotherapy or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques, exercise therapy, and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
