A leading physiotherapy clinic in Subang Jaya is seeking a qualified physiotherapist to independently assess and treat patients while maintaining high documentation and protocol standards. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy and has at least 2 years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Competitive salary ranges from RM4,000 to RM6,000, with entry-level candidates considered at RM3,000 to RM4,000. Assessment & Treatment: Independently assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of patient conditions using evidence-based practice and a patient-centered approach.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with clinic documentation standards.
Protocol Adherence: Diligently follow established clinical protocols and SOPs for patient safety, infection control, and treatment delivery.
Case Reporting: Identify and promptly escalate complex or challenging patient cases to the Head of Physiotherapist for guidance and collaborative support.
Continuous Education: Actively participate in departmental Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions and workshops, and proactively seek external training to ensure personal skills and therapeutic practices are up-to-date.
Team Collaboration: Participate in peer review, contribute to team discussions, and accept supervision and mentorship to continuously improve clinical skills.
Professional Compliance: Maintain current MPA (or equivalent) registration and licenses, strictly adhere to professional codes of conduct, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and patient-first values.
Administrative Support: Manage personal patient schedule, ensure accurate billing and reporting for assigned patient sessions, and submit all required administrative reports on time.
Team Support: Maintain departmental punctuality and professional appearance standards, and assist with the general upkeep and safety of the treatment areas and clinic.
Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and internal/external stakeholders (e.g., doctors, referring partners) regarding patient progress and care plans.
Social Media Contribution: Contribute content (e.g., short educational videos, articles, tips) for the clinic's social media platforms, ensuring content is accurate, professional, and reflects best practices.
Corporate Workshops & Health Days: Actively participate in and lead sessions during corporate workshops, health days, and community events to educate the public on injury prevention, ergonomics, and wellness.
External Representation: Professionally represent the clinic during all external engagements, including national and local sports events, health expos, and on-site physiotherapy services.
Competitive Salary Package: A base salary ranging from RM4,000.00 to RM6,000.00, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
Note for Fresh Graduates: Entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, with a starting salary between RM3,000.00 and RM4,000.00.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
