Lau & Tan Pharmacy Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Kuala Krai, Kelantan. As a Pharmacy Assistant in our full-time retail role, you will play a crucial part in providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall operations of our pharmacy.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting pharmacists in the dispensing of medications, including preparing, labelling, and maintaining inventory
• Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and recommending over-the-counter products
• Joining training offline & online about product & other health related items in pharmacy
• Restocking and organising pharmacy shelves to ensure product availability
• Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and pharmacy policies and procedures
• Supporting the pharmacy team in administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
