Job description

This position is required to lead pharmacy operations, ensuring excellent customer service, sales achievement, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication review, dispensing, health screening, consultation and counselling services.
• Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with customers.
• Manage and oversee outlet operation, aligning to company branding & business strategy.
• Promote intensive range and category of products in fulfilling customer needs.
• Lead the outlet staffs as a team to achieve sales KPI.
• Perform poison & inventory control.
• Managing good poison recording and scheduled poison-related issues.
• Perform internal and external training for continuous professional development.
• Handling staff duty schedule.
• Stay up to date on market trends i.e. medication, product knowledge and latest pharmacology finding.
• Participate in company promotional activities as required.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Well versed in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Candidates with no retail experience are welcomed to apply as training will be provided.
• Able to perform shift duties and willing to relocate.
• Continuous learning, refreshing and keeping knowledge up to date.
• Possess positive thinking, self-initiative, sustainable passion towards pharmacy practice.
• Good understanding of pharmacy’s relevant laws and regulations.
