In this full-time role, you will support sales operations by processing orders, managing documentation, and coordinating with multiple teams. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination or customer service, alongside strong organisational skills, communication abilities, and proficiency in Chinese. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• MUST be able to converse in CHINESE language.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with sales teams to process and track sales orders.
• Process sales orders and verify pricing, quantities, and customer details.
• Prepare and manage sales related documents (SO / PO / DO / Invoice).
• Provide administrative support as needed and other ad hoc tasks.
