A global food and beverage company is seeking a strategic and experienced Category Manager to lead supply chain transformation from their Malaysia Hub in Kuala Lumpur. The candidate will drive demand and supply planning, optimize costs, and lead a multinational team while enhancing stakeholder relationships. With over 9 years of experience in demand/supply planning and leadership, you will shape supply chain strategies in a dynamic and innovative environment. Fluency in English and/or a Chinese dialect is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in demand/supply planning with deep E2E supply chain knowledge.
• 5+ years in people management with proven leadership.
• Fluency in English and/or Chinese dialect is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand and supply planning across the category.
• Drive improvements in Demand Planning Accuracy and forecast alignment.
• Manage allocation and contingency sourcing strategies.
