Job summary

A leading financial institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Personal Financial Consultant who will promote and sell a range of wealth, loans, and bancassurance products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service and sales, with at least a diploma or degree in any field. Responsibilities include providing professional financial advice and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. Shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the branch environment is preferred.
  • Candidate with full Insurance and UT license (FIMM) & banca licenses is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Time : 9am – 4pm

Job Responsibilities
  • To promote and professionally sell a wide range of Wealth, Loans & Bancassurance products to the Bank’s existing and potential customers.
  • To provide professional advice and on appropriate financial products based on customer needs.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales service.
  • To plan and implement sales activities related to branch products.
  • To act promptly on all leads and follow up activities.
  • To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the branch environment will be added advantage.
  • Result oriented, passionate with marketing and willing to adopt to new things.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to deliver high quality customer service to external and internal customers.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill and able to actively interact with all levels of customers.
  • Candidate with full Insurance and UT license (FIMM) & banca licenses will have an added advantage.
