Job summary

A prominent financial institution located in Malaysia is seeking a motivated sales professional to market a range of Wealth, Loans & Bancassurance products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products. Candidates with relevant licenses will have an advantage. This position offers the opportunity to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a branch environment preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Candidate with full Insurance and UT license will have an advantage.

Actively market and sell all core consumer products, primarily to branch walk-in customers, execute a consultative selling process, which involves identifying and recommending CIMB products to meet customers� financial needs

Job Responsibilities:

  • To promote and professionally sell a wide range of Wealth, Loans & Bancassurance products to the Bank’s existing and potential customers.
  • To provide professional advice and on appropriate financial products based on customer needs.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales service.
  • To plan and implement sales activities related to branch products.
  • To act promptly on all leads and follow up activities.
  • To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the branch environment will be added advantage.
  • Result oriented, passionate with marketing and willing to adopt to new things.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to deliver high quality customer service to external and internal customers.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill and able to actively interact with all levels of customers.
  • Candidate with full Insurance and UT license (FIMM) & Banca licenses will have an added advantage.
