Job summary

A leading company in Subang Jaya is seeking a reliable driver to transport the CEO and family members to various engagements. Responsibilities include maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness and safety, planning routes, and ensuring compliance with servicing schedules. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, experience in driving, and a thorough knowledge of local routes. Punctuality and flexibility in working hours are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D).
• 2-3 years’ experience as a personal or company driver preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive the CEO and/or family members safely.
• Plan routes in advance for punctuality.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.
• Perform routine vehicle checks.
• Ensure vehicle servicing and insurance are up to date.

Job description

Drive the company CEO and/or family members safely to appointments, meetings, school, errands, and social engagements when required.

Plan routes in advance and adjust for traffic conditions to ensure punctuality.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and good condition of the vehicle at all times.

Perform routine vehicle checks (fuel, tire pressure, oil, servicing schedules).

Ensure vehicle servicing, road tax, and insurance are up to date.

Assist with light errands (e.g. picking up items, documents, groceries when required).

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company CEO and family matters.

Be on standby or flexible with working hours when required (OT is claimable).

Experience / Skills Required:

Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D; clean driving record).

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a personal or company driver preferred.

Familiar with Klang Valley / local routes / Outstation.

Good knowledge of GPS/navigation apps (Waze, Google Maps).

Punctual, well‑groomed, polite and courteous.

Able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
