Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the CEO for daily work-related matters including meetings, external appointments, and official visits.
• Provide pick-up and drop-off services for the CEOâs family members during working hours, when required.
• Ensure the CEOâs vehicle is always clean and in good condition â hand washing the car when time permits, or sending it for a car wash when necessary.
• Bring the vehicle to the workshop for routine maintenance and servicing as scheduled.
• Ensure road tax, insurance, and any relevant documents are renewed and up to date.
• Plan routes efficiently and be punctual while ensuring a smooth and safe journey.
• Willing to work overtime if required, and available for occasional weekend duties based on company or family needs.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times, and conduct oneself with professionalism and integrity.
• Administrative duties such as filling during times when the CEO is in office.
