Personal Assistant to Group Managing Director

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Director to join our dynamic team in our Kota Kinabalu office. This full-time position will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our Group Managing Director, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of their daily activities and responsibilities.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and minute-taking
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all enquiries and correspondence, handling requests and tasks in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documents as required
  • Providing discreet and confidential support on sensitive or high-priority matters
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to facilitate the execution of key projects and initiatives
  • Anticipating the needs of the Group Managing Director and proactively offering solutions to optimise their productivity and effectiveness
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and the capacity to work with confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality administrative and executive support
