Personal Assistant To Founder (Batu Batu Resort, TIC, & Personal)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder across multiple areas: Batu Batu Resort operations, Tengah Island Conservation (TIC), and personal commitments. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level resort operations, cutting‑edge sustainable and regenerative tourism, and hands‑on biodiversity conservation and NGO work. The successful candidate will sit with the resort’s Finance & Administration department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend or review meetings and produce clear minutes and actionable points
  • Follow up with team members across Batu Batu and TIC to ensure timely inputs and progress on projects
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and track deadlines using project planning tools / sheets
  • Organise and maintain schedules, priorities, and documentation for the Founder
  • Act as a point of contact for team members requiring clarification or instructions
  • Support with formatting and/or creation of presentations, and simple reports and summaries
  • Manage personal tasks and calendars as needed (travel bookings, appointments, personal logistics)
  • Anticipate needs and proactively flag potential bottlenecks or issues
Skills & Qualifications
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia a plus
  • Comfortable liaising with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Self‑starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or project coordinator preferred although a bright self‑starter also will be considered
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
