  • Willing to travel and attend off-site meetings when required.

  • Accompany the Director to meetings with developers, consultants, and clients.
  • Prepare meeting notes, feasibility studies, market research, and proposals.
  • Assist in managing the Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen, organise, and reply to messages, emails, and calls on behalf of the Director.
  • Execute and follow up on tasks assigned after meetings or discussions, ensuring completion by the right team members.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties (developers, consultants, and clients including China-based partners) to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of working experience as PA, Coordinator, or in admin/project support.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to communicate with China clients).
  • Strong organization and follow‑up skills; responsible and detail‑oriented.
  • Willing to travel and attend off‑site meetings when required.
