Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (F&B)

Provide full executive administrative support to the CEO.

Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and schedules.

Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.

Handle internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.

Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled with discretion.

Support day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks to ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.

Strong expertise in diary management and scheduling.

Excellent administrative and clerical skills.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Prior experience supporting C‑level or senior executives is a strong advantage.
