We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team at Ringgit Sejahtera Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. As our Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive leadership, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing
  • Business Matters
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, travel, and communications.
  • Prepare presentations, executive briefs, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinating and attending meetings with the Director (including outstation meeting), taking meeting minutes, and distributing follow-up materials.
  • Provide administrative and executive support to the Director.
  • In charge of administrative and coordination matters for other related companies.
  • Liaising with internal and external parties to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
  • Any ad‑hoc projects.
  • Personal Matters
  • Arrange personal and family travel itineraries (flights, hotels, transport).
  • Plan and coordinate personal events.
What we're looking for
  • Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Management and above.
  • Good written and spoken Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions‑oriented approach.
  • Willing to travel outstation when required.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.
