Position: Personal Assistant (PA) / Admin Executive

ABOUT US

We are a high-performing Real Estate team (Yeoproperty Avengers). We are looking for a proactive individual who is not just looking for a monthly paycheck, but wants to be a key partner in a growing business.

The Leader’s Right Hand (Coordination)
  • Manage the leader’s calendar (appointments, viewings, trainings).
  • Act as the "gatekeeper"—filter incoming calls and inquiries efficiently.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and ensure the leader stays on track with deadlines.
Admin & Documentation Operations
  • Organize LOU, SPA, and Tenancy Agreements (Digital & Physical filing).
  • Maintain a top-tier filing system (Google Drive)—documents must be retrievable within 30 seconds.
  • Prepare weekly reports (active listings vs. sold).
Marketing Support
  • Upload and manage property listings across portals (iProperty, PropertyGuru, Social Media).
  • Design/Edit professional listings using Canva/CapCut to ensure high-quality branding.
  • Update listing statuses daily (Active, KIV, or Sold).
Team Support
  • Manage listing databases in the team’s Telegram Group.
  • Assist in preparing slide presentations for team kick-offs or monthly meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Minimum SPM/Diploma. Prior experience as a PA/Admin is a huge plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Must be proficient in Google Drive, WhatsApp Web, Canva & CapCut.
  • Independent: Able to work remotely with high discipline (Integrity is key).
  • Tools: Must possess own Laptop and stable internet connection (for remote work).
  • Transport: Must possess own transport for on-site tasks (Base: Putrajaya).
