We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative and personal support to the Director/Manager
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document preparation
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks when required
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and effective time management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Have own transport to travel to government/agency to liaise with respective party.
  • Able to travel & work independently and anticipate needs
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Flexible, reliable, and willing to handle ad-hoc duties
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting senior management or business owners
  • Ability to work outside normal office hours when required
  • Immediate or short notice availability is an advantage
