We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and personal support to the Director/Manager
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks when required
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth daily operations and effective time management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Have own transport to travel to government/agency to liaise with respective party.
- Able to travel & work independently and anticipate needs
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexible, reliable, and willing to handle ad-hoc duties
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior management or business owners
- Ability to work outside normal office hours when required
- Immediate or short notice availability is an advantage
