Job summary

A hospitality company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced professional with 4-5 years of background in the F&B or luxury brand sectors. You will manage calendars, organize events, and handle correspondence. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Screen and redirect phone calls and distribute various forms of correspondence
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Handle requests and inquiries in a suitable manner
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Help with daily time management
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Organize & Coordinate events and conferences. Experience in organizing events from start to finish, including venue selection, catering, invitations, scheduling, and logistics.
Requirements and Skills
  • 4-5 years’ working experience in F&B/Hospitality/Luxury Brand Chains Industries or related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English
