What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff + The Important Stuff)
Admin & Executive Support
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, reminders, meetings & shoot days
  • Help plan travel, bookings, events & appointments
  • Handle expenses, claims & basic admin tasks
Social Media & Marketing Support
  • Help with content prep (shooting days, ideas, simple layouts on Canva)
  • Assist in posting, caption organising, and content scheduling
  • Support branding tasks for projects & events
Communication & Team Coordination
  • Chat with clients, partners, and team members
  • Keep track of to‑dos and follow‑ups (CEO will love you for this)
Ad‑hoc tasks

Basically — if something helps the CEO move faster, you’re the hero.

  • Friendly, positive energy, can solve small problems on your own
  • Fluent in English + Mandarin (due to content and diverse clients/candidates background)
  • Good with Google tools & Canva (or willing to learn fast)
  • Love being organised — lists, reminders, tidy files
