A digital marketing firm is seeking a performance marketing specialist to oversee all paid media initiatives, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The role demands an advanced understanding of ads management tools and a solid background in analytics. Responsibilities include strategizing campaigns, driving user acquisition, and optimizing budgets for the best ROI. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B, and must be adaptable in a fast-paced environment. This role is remote-friendly.
In charge of all paid media, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin, YouTube, and other platforms as needed.
Take ownership of paid media campaigns such as Google ads & Facebook ads
Develop strategic paid campaign structure and budgeting across all target audiences and platforms
Improve performance of paid campaigns and increase monthly MQLs
Set-up AYP in-house Google Ads account
Work with digital marketing executive to allocate budget and launch strategically targeted paid campaigns to target segments
Work with team to structure a/b testing, create new ad copy for various target markets, and continuously optimise all paid campaigns
Set up of ad accounts on various platforms
Research and segmentation of target audiences
Creation and set up of various ad types, including search, display, video, and native
Set up marketing, advertising and performance goals for the brand
Create & execute a strong performance marketing strategy
Provide data-driven research and insights to achieve marketing objectives
Drive user acquisition and business growth for online channels
Understand products, competition and customers insight
Source and implement keywords and measure keyword performance
Develop ad copy according to best practices for each platform
Work with creative team to create campaign assets for digital paid media campaigns
Conduct A/B tests to constantly iterate and test campaign variants, identify insights, creative strategies and targeting to drive marketing spend efficiency
Work closely with agency and /or internal web team in website optimisation to enhance website performance and performance tracking
Perform website content update and landing page creation
Allocate budgets and analyse and recommend modifications to ad spends
Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers
Manage ad placements, target the relevant interests and topics and use Google’s in-market audiences
Set acquisition and growth targets for marketing teams spread across various channels such as social, search, paid search, mobile, display, etc.
Tweak strategies and budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI
Scope out and identify new platforms, tools and systems to improve performance
Identify pain points to creatively improve non-performing areas
Advanced knowledge & Experience in Ads management tools for various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, & LinkedIn ads, with successful track record
Solid experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Hands‑on experience in tools such as SEMrush
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and be adaptable and focused
Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving
Experience in Digital Marketing for B2B
Experience Running Digital Campaign Across SE Asia / APAC Region
