We’re now launching No Days Off, a baby diaper brand backed by the same obsessive focus on our customers’ needs, product performance and innovation, and we’re building a core team to build this brand from the ground up!

Who we’re looking for / The role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to execute all performance marketing for the No Days Off brand. This person will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing all content and media for the brand across Singapore and Malaysia.

This is a high impact and high ownership role, which will directly determine our growth trajectory post-launch. The role will report directly to the brand launcher for No Days Off.

Core Responsibilities

Content & Creative Planning

  • Plan performance-driven content angles, formats, and messaging (UGC, testimonials, education, offers, etc.)
  • Work closely with internal teams to brief, test, and iterate on creatives
  • Translate performance data into clear creative learnings and next steps

Performance & Media Planning

  • Own end-to-end performance marketing for No Days Off across platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google, marketplaces where relevant)
  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and repeat purchases
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and ROAS targets while balancing growth and efficiency

Experimentation & Optimisation

  • Design and run structured tests (audiences, creatives, hooks, offers, landing pages)
  • Continuously analyse performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities to double down and/or fix underperforming campaigns

Reporting & Insights

  • Track and report weekly/monthly performance results with clear insights
  • Share actionable recommendations with the broader team
  • Use data to inform product positioning, promotions, and messaging
Skills & Qualifications
  1. 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing (FMCG, consumer brands preferred)
  2. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok ads and marketplace ads e.g. Shopee CPC ads
  3. Proven ability to plan content for performance; bonus if you’re comfortable starring in your own ads!
  4. Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
  5. Experience managing budgets and optimising for conversions or revenue
