Role

People Services Specialist, Rewards & Mobility Delivery, is responsible for executing day-to-day operational tasks related to compensation, benefits, and mobility services.

This role supports the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant services to employees and managers across DFI business units, contributing to a positive employee experience and operational excellence within the People Services (PS) Hub.

Rewards Operations
  • Support benefits administration including claims processing, renewals, and employee queries
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in HR systems and to benefits providers
  • Administer pension schemes and track late and/or missing enrollment
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of annual compensation cycles
Mobility Operations
  • Support relocation logistics, assignment documentation, and visa/work pass applications
  • Coordinate with external vendors for mobility-related services
  • Maintain accurate records of mobility cases and ensure compliance with policies
  • Ensure compliance with mobility policies and legal requirements
Service Delivery & Support
  • Respond to employee and manager queries related to rewards and mobility in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the Senior Specialist or Manager as needed
  • Ensure service requests are processed in line with SLAs and quality standards
  • Contribute to knowledge articles, FAQs, and SOP documentation
Process Improvement & Collaboration
  • Maintain and update SOPs, checklists, and knowledge articles
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and team meetings
  • Support internal audits and compliance checks by providing accurate documentation
About You
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in rewards or mobility
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a shared services environment is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
