A leading retail group is seeking a People Services Specialist, Rewards & Mobility in Malaysia. The successful candidate will execute HR operations related to compensation, benefits, and mobility services, ensuring timely and compliant service delivery. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields and 1-2 years of HR operations experience. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. This role is a key contributor to a positive employee experience.

People Services Specialist, Rewards & Mobility Delivery, is responsible for executing day-to-day operational tasks related to compensation, benefits, and mobility services.
This role supports the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant services to employees and managers across DFI business units, contributing to a positive employee experience and operational excellence within the People Services (PS) Hub.
