Job description
Responsibilities
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Manager end-to-end payroll processing; oversee EPF,-control SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRD Corp submissions; ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act; supervise HR Executive on daily HR operations
  • HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, confirmation, transfers, disciplinary processes and exits; maintain HR records, contracts, letters and SOPs; handle employee relations matters
  • People Transformation & Change Support: Support organisational change initiatives; align people practices to business priorities; improve role clarity, discipline and execution culture
  • Performance Management & Capability Development: Drive performance review cycles; coach managers on performance conversations; coordinate learning and HRDF-funded programs; monitor engagement and retention risks
  • HR Digitalisation & AI Adoption: Digitalise HR trackers, reporting and workflows; apply basic AI tools for recruitment screening, workforce tracking and performance monitoring
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related fields.
  2. Certification (e.g. HRDF Trainer, CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
  3. Minimum 8–10 years of progressiveTeste HR experience.
  4. Strong hands-on experience in handling end to end payroll including top management level.
  5. Experience supporting organisational change or transformation is an advantage.
  6. Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations.
  7. Payroll and statutory compliance requirements.
  8. HR operations, employee relations and performance management.
  9. Basic HR digital tools and AI-enabled workflows.
