Department Overview:

The People Investigation (PI) team is part of the People Solutions and Advice (HRA) function. We are seeking a skilled People Investigator to manage and resolve sensitive employee conduct, grievance, and workplace behavior matters across the infrastructure region.

What you’ll do:

  1. Conduct thorough and fair investigations into allegations of misconduct, grievances, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, policy violations, and other employee behavior concerns.
  2. Support disciplinary and appeal processes by providing objective findings and recommendations.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and global standards throughout investigations.
  4. Manage the full case lifecycle—intake, planning, fact-finding, documentation, outcome recommendation, and closure.
  5. Maintain the quality, integrity, timeliness, and confidentiality of investigations.
  6. Partner with stakeholders such as HR/HRA/PI teams, Legal, HRBPs, Compliance, and business leaders to handle cases consistently.
  7. Support disciplinary decision-making with objective findings and recommendations.
  8. Manage appeal processes by reviewing grounds and advising on resolutions.
  9. Analyze case data to identify trends, risks, and recommend preventive measures and policy updates.
  10. Keep detailed investigation documentation to audit standards and ensure legal and internal compliance.
  11. Provide training to junior investigators, managers, and employees on investigation protocols and respectful workplace behavior, as needed.
