PATIENT ENGAGEMENT & COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for patient enquiries, feedback, and coordination
  • Facilitate clear communication between patients and clinical or administrative teams
  • Support patient education and service navigation
Communications & Marketing Support
  • Assist the marketing team in promoting health services, facilities, and events
  • Support content creation for social media, website, and patient communications
  • Ensure messaging aligns with organisational brand and healthcare standards
Social Media & Digital Engagement
  • Manage and respond to patient‑facing social media communications professionally
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
  • Monitor online engagement and feedback to improve patient experience
  • Assist in Brand promotion in the health tourism delegation/exhibition domestically and internationally
Requirements
  • Background in healthcare administration, communications, marketing, or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, pleasant disposition, and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing principles
