A dynamic F&B group is seeking a Head Chef/Sous Chef to manage their growing pastry and bakery division in Selangor. The successful candidate will develop innovative recipes, oversee production planning, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Strong leadership and hands-on experience in a high-volume environment are essential. This role offers career growth and a supportive environment for both creativity and operational excellence.
Develop new recipes and seasonal menus in line with business direction.
Manage high-volume production planning with strict quality consistency.
Oversee costing, wastage control, inventory, and kitchen workflow.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Train and mentor pastry team members to elevate skills and performance.
Proven experience as Head Chef / Sous Chef (Pastry & Bakery) in outlet service or central production.
Strong R&D background with ability to innovate and commercialize recipes.
Experienced in managing large-scale pastry or bakery production.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Willing to work hands-on in both R&D and daily production.
Based in Selangor – own transport is required.
Outlet-level hires must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
