We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Parts & Warranty Manager to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in parts management and warranty processes, ensuring customer satisfaction while optimizing operational efficiency.

📍 Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

⏰ Work Mode: Flexible office & remote

💼 Role: Parts & Warranty Manager

What You'll Do:
Parts
  • Support dealers on parts related enquires & issues (parts delivery, parts discrepancy etc).
  • Process Parts systems – ensure systems operating as they should and ensure dataaccuracy and integrity.
  • Parts inventory planning - initial stock planning for new models / model year changes for parts,accessories and merchandise; work with Inventory Planner to ensure optimum partsavailability from warehouse.
  • Manage and monitor parts logistics service providers performance.
  • Monitor and track logistics costsStock check - monitor warehouse cycle counts and ensure completeness on an annual basis.
  • Reporting to Finance for month end, year end closing and as and when required.
  • Local parts management – manage direct delivery process, local part pricing & refill.
  • Support Area Managers in parts related matters
Warranty
  • Warranty KPI monitoring and development action plan if required.
  • Warranty cost monitoring & tracking.
  • Perform analysis and check quality of dealer warranty claims to identify errors and anomalies.
  • Quality Bulletin management.
  • Warranty & technical goodwill approval.
  • Support Area Managers in warranty related matters
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in parts management or warranty administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
