Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibility:

• Manage, schedule and supervise the admin
• Adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods have documentation support.
• Ensure admin have place the spare part at the appropriate storage areas
• Monitor and manage the inventory (spare part) control
• Inform superior of any stock issues (eg. missing, extra & etc.)
• Ensure item & quantity received is accurate with purchase order
• Inspect quality of incoming goods
• Take charge of name plate production for every completed turbo when necessary
