Partner Business Data Analysis

Huawei Cloud partner operation team provides business critical and financial insight using analytics, ensuring cross‑functional alignment of goals and partner performance, and helping teams drive partnerships and new initiatives forward. The candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about partners’ business, with the ability to show the value to internal stakeholders and external partners. You will immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out the issues.

Partner Process Support

In the role, you will take on ambiguous problems, applying sound business judgement and effectively communicating complex issues to audiences that include sales, partner development managers, and senior Huawei leadership.

The position also requires a strong interest in public cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with HUAWEI HQ team, country team, operation team, finance team and other virtual teams to enable the partner ecosystem to build offerings and GTM strategy.
• Develop and drive promotions, funding benefits, and incentives for partners.
• The position is based in Malaysia, and its scope will span several countries in Asia Pacific.

Experience Required

• 2+ years of business operation, business administration or partner operation, or data analysis working experience.
• Cloud or IT related background.
• Strong presentation and written skills coupled with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross‑functional audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English.

Education/Certification Preferred

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer, mathematical, business administration or operation.
• Professional certifications for Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, and Google cloud platform are preferred.
